Frequently asked questions
How much does a repair cost?
Every product in the shop has a fixed price that includes spare parts and labour. Prices range from 25 to 129 euros. There is no quotation and no diagnostic fee.
How long does the repair take?
We repair your motor on the day it arrives. After a successful repair you receive the invoice, and the return shipment leaves as soon as your payment arrives.
How do I send in my motor?
First order the matching repair. You then receive the shipping address by email and drop off the parcel at a Hermes ParcelShop.
Which brands do you repair?
Somfy, Becker, SELVE, Simu, Markilux, Warema and Dunkermotoren, plus Somfy programmable timers and motor controls.
Which motors are not repaired?
Somfy SLT motors can no longer be repaired because the required spare parts are no longer available. Low-voltage motors with 12 or 24 volts, such as the Becker G series, are not repaired either.
Do I have to set up the motor again after the repair?
Yes. A repaired motor comes back in factory condition: the end limits have to be set again and the remotes paired again. The matching instructions are in the download area. This does not apply to control units and programmable timers.
How long is the warranty?
Every repair comes with a 24-month warranty.
