Absolutely fantastic and fast – we had our repaired motor back just one week after sending it in and now have a working awning again. They also quickly helped us with our inquiry regarding a programming issue. Highly recommended!

Repair Somfy Chronis IB instead of buying new

The Somfy Chronis IB is a timer switch for roller shutters and awnings that automatically raises and lowers your blinds at the set times. Like any electronic device, it can fail after years of use. In most cases, this isn't a total loss, but rather a worn component that we replace.

Typical defects

After a power outage, the timer loses its set time.
It no longer switches on at the programmed times.
The control system is now only responding with a delay.

How we repair your timer

We repair your existing timer and replace the damaged component instead of replacing the entire unit at a higher cost. Fixed price €25, with a 24-month warranty. You will receive the invoice after successful repair; insured return shipping will be arranged after payment is received.

This is how your repair will proceed

Order the repair via the shopping cart. You will then receive the shipping information and send us your removed device. We will repair it on the day of receipt and send it back after payment has been received.

Notice
We only repair unopened Somfy devices without any prior repair attempts. Unfortunately, we cannot accept devices with moisture or impact damage, or those that have already been repaired.
