Service-Rohrmotor.de is a specialized repair service for tubular motors and controls, with an office in Friedrichsdorf in the Taunus region. We only offer repairs via mail: You send us your defective device, we repair it for a fixed price, and send it back to you. You will receive the invoice after successful repair, return shipping occurs after payment is received, and you receive a 24-month warranty. We handle shipping throughout the EU via Hermes.
Please note: Our office is located at this address. Repairs are carried out in an external workshop. Customer visits or sales on-site are not possible; all transactions are handled via Hermes shipping.

Please note: Our address is purely an office; we do not accept customers. Please do not visit us in person. Instead, conveniently send your defective device via Hermes; we will repair it and return it to you.
EU-wide repair via mail order
We repair tubular motors from Somfy, Becker, Selve, Simu, Markilux, Warema, and Dunkermotoren throughout the EU. We also repair Somfy timers and motor controls. Simply send us your removed device, and we'll take care of the rest and send it back repaired.
