Absolutely fantastic and fast – we had our repaired motor back just one week after sending it in and now have a working awning again. They also quickly helped us with our inquiry regarding a programming issue. Highly recommended!

Suitable for Which Roller Shutter

The Somfy LT50 6/17 with 6 Nm is suitable for small to medium-sized roller shutters. The following table serves as a guide to the load-bearing capacity:

material	SW 50	SW 60	SW 70
Plastic (PVC)	up to approximately 3.8 m²	up to approximately 3.1 m²	up to approximately 2.7 m²
Aluminium (roll-formed, foam-filled)	up to approximately 3.0 m²	up to approximately 2.5 m²	up to approximately 2.2 m²
Wood / extruded aluminum	up to approximately 1.6 m²	up to approximately 1.3 m²	up to approximately 1.1 m²

These values are guidelines for roller shutter heights up to 2.5 meters, including approximately 10% for friction; actual material weights vary depending on the profile and manufacturer. If your requirements are borderline, we recommend contacting us for clarification.
